Pre-K Combo
This combo class is a collaboration of two styles of dance in one! The first part of class will emphasize on ballet and we will switch to either tap or jazz (depending on your selection) for the remainder of class. Your little dancer will learn structure and terminology not to mention have a ton of fun along the way while using their imaginations! Stickers at the end of each class will reward them for a job well done.
Leotard and tights of any color. May wear tutu/dance skirt if desired. Pink ballet shoes and black tap shoes. For ballet/jazz combo, only a pair of pink ballet shoes are required. Hair pulled back away from face.

Ballet
(Ages 5 & Up)
- Solid black leotard (any type of sleeve is fine) with LIGHT PINK FOOTED TIGHTS (non-shimmer). May wear a solid black ballet skirt if desired. ***No shorts please*** Hair in a neat and secure ballet bun.
- Shoes for 5-7 year classes: Pink leather/canvas ballet shoes (single sole is great for beginner).
- Shoes for 7-9 year through teen classes: Pink ALL CANVAS ballet shoes (split sole).
- We recommend selecting a good quality brand such as Bloch/Capezio, So Danca, etc.
- It is important to ensure a proper fit and we recommend to be fitted (please see back page for local dance boutique). Shoes need to fit comfortably yet snug like a glove without any extra, loose material at the toes. Ties/Bows need to be tucked inside shoe and not sticking out. If necessary, trim any excess elastic.
Jazz
(Ages 5 & Up)
- Solid black leotard with black bottoms (such as spandex shorts, capri pants, etc). Tights are optional.
- Shoes: Black jazz shoes. Either slip-on or laces is fine.
- Hair neatly pulled back away from face.
Hip Hop
(Ages 5 & Up)
- Any comfy dance attire that the student can dance in to get their groove on! No jeans, flip flops, etc. Stomach/midriff must be covered.
- Shoes for Hip Hop: Students may wear any color, non-skid/marking tennis shoe. For recital, students will be required to purchase a pair of dance sneakers to match their costumes. Please confirm with teacher in spring the color of shoe that will be needed.

Lyrical Praise & Worship
(Ages 7 & Up)
Lyrical/Praise & Worship is a fusion of ballet and jazz where the student learns to incorporate emotion and flexibility through the use of contemporary Christian/worship music. This class teaches the student how to worship & glorify God through movement and the gift of dance!
- Solid black leotard with black bottoms (such as spandex shorts, capri pants, etc). Tights are optional but would need to be footless/capri to go with shoes.
- Shoes: Turning shoes (covering the toes) in a nude/skin tone matching color. Please ask front desk for example if needed.
- Hair neatly pulled back away from face.
Tap
(Ages 5 & Up)
- Solid black leotard with black bottoms (such as spandex shorts, capri pants, etc). Tights are optional.
- Shoes: Black tap shoes. Either slip-on or laces is fine.
- For tap classes, we recommend investing in a good pair of shoes to ensure the best sound quality.
- Hair neatly pulled back away from face.
Contemporary & Modern
(Ages 9 & Up)
Contemporary is a mix of many styles of dance (including ballet, modern and jazz) and often incorporates unpredictable changes in rhythm, speed and direction.
- Solid black leotard with black bottoms (such as spandex shorts, capri pants, etc). Tights are optional but would need to be footless/capri to go with shoes.
- Shoes: Turning shoes (covering the toes) in a nude/skin tone matching color. Please ask front desk for example if needed.
- Hair neatly pulled back away from face.
Musical Theater
(Ages 7 & Up)
This class is a lot of fun and a tremendous confidence booster! Students will incorporate acting and self-expression with their dance!
- Any comfy dance attire that the student can dance in. Stomach/midriff area must be covered.
- Shoes for Musical Theater- Black jazz shoes.
- Hair neatly pulled back away from face.
Technique Classes
(Ages 9+)
Technique classes will help to strengthen and perfect overall technique. Students will work on turns, leaps, flexibility, and more. Strength building and conditioning are also strongly emphasized. *Students must be enrolled in another weekly ballet class to be enrolled in our technique classes.
- Solid black leotard with black bottoms (such as spandex shorts, capri pants, etc). Tights are optional.
- Shoes: Any style of dance shoe that the student can turn in is fine such as ballet or lyrical style shoe.
- Hair neatly pulled back away from face.
Acro & Tumbling
(Ages 6+)
Acro is a fusion of dance technique and acrobatic elements. This class will also incorporate tumbling skills and strength building exercises and is a lot of fun!
- Any color leotard or dance attire that covers the midriff/stomach. Any color bottoms (such as cotton shorts or capris).
- Students will go barefoot for this class.
- Hair neatly pulled back away from face.
Cheer & Tumble
(Ages 5+)
2, 4, 6, 8...you will think this class is GREAT! Students will work on cheers/chants and jumps along with basic tumbling and strength building technique. Pom poms are included with the student's recital costume to add to the fun!
- Any color leotard or t-shirt and comfy bottoms (such as jazz pants, cotton shorts, sweatpants, etc).
- Shoes for Cheer: Students may wear any color, non-skid/marking tennis shoe. For recital, students will be required to purchase a pair of dance sneakers to match their costumes. Please confirm with teacher in spring the color of shoe that will be needed.
